Acceptable Use Policy
Imagine Scenes is built for lawful, safe, and responsible creative work. This policy applies to every prompt, upload, generation, and use of the service.

Prohibited content
Do not request, create, upload, distribute, or use: (1) sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise NSFW content; (2) violent or gory content; (3) hate speech or content targeting protected groups; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content involving minors; (5) deepfakes, impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery; or (6) content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights. We also prohibit unlawful, fraudulent, self-harm, harassing, or deceptive content.
Identity and likeness
Do not use the service for face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive manipulation of a real person's identity or likeness without their clear authorization. Do not present generated content as authentic evidence or independent fact when it is not.
Safeguards and enforcement
Do not attempt to bypass content controls or use prompts, uploads, or workflows to evade safety restrictions. We apply automated checks to generation prompts before they are sent to a model. We may block a request, remove content, suspend or terminate access, remove unused credits where permitted by law and our terms, or take other action when we reasonably believe this policy or applicable law has been violated. We review credible reports and may request limited additional context before deciding an enforcement outcome.
Reporting concerns
To report suspected misuse, contact support@imaginescenes.com with the relevant account, generation identifier or URL, and a concise explanation. We acknowledge reports, review the available record and any supplied evidence, and take appropriate action under this policy. If you believe a request or account action was made in error, use the same address to request a review. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or other secrets.
