Try AI image and video generation for free without logging in or signing up: one 1K image trial, one video trial with Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480P for up to 5 seconds, one 1K image trial on each dedicated photo tool, and one 720p Talking Photo video up to 3 seconds with short text or uploaded audio. Failed generations do not use the free try. Sign in to adjust resolution or video duration and make further generations with credits.

You can request an available plan change from Pricing or Billing & Credits. It is scheduled for the next billing date and applies after the renewal payment is confirmed. One change can be pending at a time; a scheduled cancellation also locks further changes. Review the displayed plan, interval, and effective date before confirming.

Subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly credit window and do not roll over. Yearly subscriptions also receive monthly allocations rather than all annual credits at once. Use Billing & Credits to review your balance and credit history. Separately purchased pack credits do not expire while your account remains open.

Each paid generation uses the credits shown for its selected model and settings. Image resolution, video duration, and other supported options can change the estimate. Check it before every submission. Subscription allocations, signup credits, and purchased packs can fund generation, but they have different expiry rules; credits with the earliest expiry are consumed first.

Yes. A credit pack is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing and does not require a subscription. Choose a pack and an available checkout provider; credits become available after verified payment confirmation. Review the live generation estimate before choosing a pack, because the number of outputs depends on your model and settings.

New accounts receive 40 credits after signup with Google or GitHub. Those credits expire 30 days after signup. Select a model and settings, then check whether the displayed generation cost fits that balance. The offer is a limited credit allowance; it does not include unlimited generations or guarantee that every video configuration can be tried.

Pricing shows the checkout providers currently available for your purchase. Choose one to see its supported payment methods and final checkout amount, including applicable taxes where shown. Availability can vary by provider and location. Return to Billing & Credits to check delivery after confirmation; a browser return by itself does not confirm payment.

Use Billing & Credits to schedule cancellation before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not automatically refund that period. Review the cancellation status in your account. Separately purchased credit packs remain available under their stated terms. Contact support if you need help.

A yearly subscription is paid annually and receives one monthly credit allocation at a time during the confirmed paid period. Each allocation expires at the end of its monthly window; unused credits do not carry into the next window. The price card shows the monthly equivalent and annual charge. Review the selected interval and total before checkout.

Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire while your account remains open. Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Credits with an earlier expiry are consumed first, so expiring subscription or signup credits are used before non-expiring pack credits. Account deletion and refunds remain subject to the published Terms and Refund Policy.

Choose the workflow, model, and available output settings, then read the estimate beside Generate. Check it again after changing resolution, duration, or billable reference media. Treat an image edit and a later video animation as separate paid requests. Budget for any additional submissions you choose; the displayed cost is not a promise of a particular result.

A confirmed generation failure returns eligible generation credits through the account ledger; a queued or processing job is not yet a confirmed failure. Check My Creations and Credit history. Completed results you dislike do not automatically qualify for a refund. For incorrect charges or undelivered credits, contact support within 14 days of purchase under the Refund Policy.

Choose a subscription when a recurring monthly allocation suits your expected use. Choose a credit pack for occasional generation or extra capacity without another recurring charge. Compare the editor's estimate with your intended number of submissions and review expiry rules. Plan size changes the credit budget; it does not promise faster processing or a better generation result.
