Terms of Service
These terms govern account use, uploaded content, AI outputs, subscriptions, and credit packs. Review credit expiry, cancellation, digital delivery, and refund rules before purchasing or publishing a result.

Using Imagine Scenes
Imagine Scenes is an internet-delivered AI image and video creation service operated by Wenkun Zhao, an individual seller operating under the laws of China. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credit pack, or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter this agreement for yourself or an organization you represent, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
Your content
You remain responsible for prompts, uploads, and other material you submit. You grant Imagine Scenes the limited, non-exclusive rights required to process that content and deliver requested generation. Subject to these Terms and applicable provider terms, you may use generated output for lawful purposes. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable; review it before relying on it and do not treat it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Imagine Scenes to infringe rights, create unlawful, harmful, explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise prohibited content; bypass safeguards; disrupt the service; or misrepresent generated work as independently verified fact. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules.
Plans and credits
We offer recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Current prices, included credits, taxes where shown, and billing intervals appear before checkout. A credit pack is a one-time purchase, has no recurring billing, and its credits do not expire while the account remains open. Subscription credits are granted for each billing period and expire at the end of that period; they do not roll over. When credits are used, credits with the earliest expiry are consumed first, so subscription credits are used before non-expiring credit-pack credits. Generation credit costs are shown in the workspace before a request is submitted and may vary by model and settings.
Payment processing
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed recurring amount at the displayed interval until you cancel. You may cancel online at any time in Workspace → Billing & Credits → Cancel subscription. You may also contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; separately purchased credit packs remain available under their stated terms. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. For purchases processed through Waffo, Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record and handles payment processing, invoices, and applicable tax collection or remittance; Imagine Scenes remains responsible for digital-service delivery and support.
Delivery of digital services
A one-time credit purchase is considered delivered when confirmed payment makes the purchased credits available in the account. A subscription period is considered delivered when the plan and its applicable credit entitlement activate after payment confirmation. Generation requests consume credits when accepted or processed according to the pricing shown in the workspace. If credits are not delivered after confirmation, contact support@imaginescenes.com with the order reference.
Refunds and billing disputes
Contact support@imaginescenes.com within 14 days of purchase for an incorrect charge or undelivered credits, including your account email and order reference. We acknowledge requests within two business days and aim to resolve confirmed billing errors within 5–10 business days. Completed generations and consumed credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a verified platform error caused the charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund a paid period. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and method. Before initiating a bank dispute, contact us so we can investigate the charge.
Taxes
Prices and any applicable taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges are shown at checkout where required or available. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes that apply to your purchase under the laws of your location. We may update prices or tax treatment when required by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@imaginescenes.com so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or dispute-resolution forum with lawful jurisdiction.
Third-party AI models
Imagine Scenes is an independent service that provides a creative workspace for supported third-party AI models. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by their providers. Model availability and outputs may depend on those providers.
Suspension, termination, and liability
We may block a request or suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, safety concern, legal requirement, or abuse. If we permanently discontinue a paid service for reasons other than your breach, we will provide any remedy required by law for the undelivered paid portion. The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email or through the service where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms.
